Shipping Information

BunnieBuns Studios offers several shipping methods, depending on the characteristics of the order such as weight and destination region.

Shipping costs are shown when registering an order in the store, taking into account the following characteristics:

· Destination region

· Weight of the order

· Chosen shipping method

Order Processing

The dispatch of an order will be carried out taking into account the shipping method. chosen by the costumer, when registering the order and only after validation of the payment.

All orders will be processed within 5 to 10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). When the order is shipped, you will receive an email where you can confirm the tracking code to follow the delivery information, in case of tracked mail.

Shipping within Portugal is now running within a normal time, taking 2 to 3 business days. International orders may take 5 to 15 business days, depending if you are ordering within Europe or not.  Please note this is just an estimate and your order may take longer to arrive, as I can't guarantee these shipping times. 

Customs

BunnieBuns Studios is not responsible for any fees that appear after shipping. You are responsible to pay any customs and import taxes that may apply, once a shipment reaches your destination country.
